  Patrick Quinn
You need to be interested in retail; you need to be up to date on the on going competition between Lidl and other retailers such as Tesco’s, Dunnes Stores and Aldi. If you are competitive you will be excited by ongoing tactics to increase footfall and drive sales. You need to be a team player and communicate well with colleagues. I think punctuality is very important as it will earn you respect and people will trust you to be on time.
