Pharmaceutical science is the practice of creating drugs. The field draws from a wide range of other sciences, including mathematics, chemical engineering, and biology.
This course includes the core science subjects; chemistry, biology, physics and statistics, along with industrial science subjects such as biochemistry, microbiology, validation, quality assurance and regulatory affairs. There is a three-month industrial placement.
