Hotel and catering management is the practice of the running of hotels, restaurants, and travel and tourism-related business.
This course is designed to prepare students for management positions in the hotel and catering industry. There is a greater emphasis on the practical and business elements of the syllabus in this course than in the BA Honours Degree (GA380).
