In each of the conventional areas of sports science, the graduate will be able to apply their scientific and laboratory skills in the assessment of fitness and health, design and implement training programmes and review how training influences performance. Graduates will also be able to advise on exercise rehabilitation, strength training, nutrition for sports and pharmacological aspects of athletic performance.
