  Shauna Greely

It is important to have the ability to get on with people. My role involves dealing with lots of different people with different backgrounds on a daily basis (marketing people / sales people / risk & legal experts). Building relationships is important.

Having a good commercial view of the world in terms of understanding the components of making a profit and the impacts that various factors have on this is important. Being a Chartered Accountant has provided me with the ability to understand how a commercial business should operate.

Enterprising?
Enterprising
Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Such people may have an opportunistic frame of mind, and like commerce, trade and making deals. Some are drawn to sales and marketing occupations. Many will eventually end up owning their own business, or managing a section in larger organisations. They tend to be very goal-oriented, and work best when focused on a target. Some have an entrepreneurial inclination.
