Sport and exercise scientists study, research, and advise on the scientific factors influencing sport and exercise. From this detailed knowledge they can give specialist advice on improving individual or team performance.
In Year 1 you study basics in chemistry, physics, anatomy, physiology, psychology and sociology. In addition, there are a range of practical classes in sport and physical activity.
In second year you will learn you go on to take such as exercise physiology and biomechanics. The topics included in this year illustrate the wide range of material covered in this exciting course, these range from Nutrition and Genetics to Psychology and Sociology.
