Archaeology involves documenting the physical remains of ancient civilisations, and interpreting them to gain an understanding of human cultures, the factors that influence them, and their development over time.
As part of an Arts degree, Archeology is one of four subjects you choose in first year. You continue with two of your chosen First Year subjects in second and third year. You may have an option to spend an additional year studying abroad.
