Computer and software engineering involves developing new software and hardware for computers by combining the skills of both electronic engineering and computer science. They design, produce and test programmes, networks, chips, and processors.
This course begins with a two-year general engineering programme, studying the fundamentals of computer, communications, and electronic engineering principles. This is followed by two years of specialist education in computer engineering and a six month period gaining practical experience in industry.
