A full range of business subjects are studied in years 1 and 2. Students may specialise in either accountancy, finance, marketing, management information systems, economics, or human resource management. Chester Reid works as a Chartered Accountant. He holds a B.Comm degree from NUI Galway. After a period in the workplace he decided to pursue a Chartered Accountancy training contract with BDO Simpson Xavier from where he passed his ACA exams. He is currently studying for the AITI qualification.
