Electronic engineering, like electrical engineering, is concerned with electrical systems. However, electronic engineering is more concerned with light current systems, where electricity is used as a carrier of information, such as computers, televisions, CD players, etc.

This course gives a thorough grounding in the theory, techniques and equipment which graduates are likely to meet in industry, and deals particularly with the electronics of computers and their applications in industry.
