This course features subjects such as mathematics, standard practices and procedures, construction technology, surveying, structural design, and material technology.

Leads to work assisting in the planning, testing, design and construction of reinforced concrete, steel and timber structures. These include work on bridges, motorways, railways, airports, harbours, commercial and industrial buildings as well as facilities for the treatment and distribution of water and waste.
