Hospitality management is the practice of the running of hotels, restaurants, and travel and tourism-related business.
In first year, students take subjects that are common to business studies (GC400). The course then covers areas such as international hospitality management, hospitality operations, international marketing, accounting and finance, human resource management, and IT. Students are also required to complete 500 hours of work experience before entering their final year.
