Don't just go into teaching because you are looking for long holidays. To teach everyday you need to like children, be very patient and understanding. However I feel it is one of the most rewarding jobs out there.

Investigative 
The Investigative person will usually find a particular area of science to be of interest. They are inclined toward intellectual and analytical activities and enjoy observation and theory. They may prefer thought to action, and enjoy the challenge of solving problems with clever technology. They will often follow the latest developments in their chosen field, and prefer mentally stimulating environments.

Description...
The QQI Level 6 Sustainable Horticulture/ Permaculture Award provides a strong base for developing professional skills in market gardening, nursery stock production, landscape design and sustainable resource management.

The course allows students to develop a broad range of practical skills in a variety of horticultural-related areas as well as obtain a thorough grounding in the scientific, sociological, political and legal aspects of food production, human ecology and sustainability. Students are given the opportunity to visit a wide range of different commercial enterprises, including some successful local market gardens and nursery businesses that have been established previously by Kinsales past Horticulture / Permaculture students.
