Try and get as much practical experience before entering the job as possible.

Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Such people may have an opportunistic frame of mind, and like commerce, trade and making deals. Some are drawn to sales and marketing occupations. Many will eventually end up owning their own business, or managing a section in larger organisations. They tend to be very goal-oriented, and work best when focused on a target. Some have an entrepreneurial inclination.

Mature Students

As more and more people are aiming to get back into the workforce, mature students are invited to apply to any of the courses on offer at the college.  To encourage participation by mature students, each applicant  is assessed solely on the basis of an interview.  People who have been unemployed may avail of the Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme (VTOS) and Back to Education Initiatives (BTEI), and study at Moate Business College without losing social welfare benefits.
