Ruth works as a Chartered Accountant and has recently been made a Partner with Bluett Conran & Co. She completed a primary degree in European Business and Languages at the National College of Ireland, and went on th do a Post Graduate diploma in Accounting in DIT. She then chose to study with the Chartered Accountants Ireland to become a Chartered Accountant.

The team Anne is part of takes calls for the Great Britain branches, handling all types of branch account queries for both Business and Personal customers. David Kehoe is the Executive Head Chef in the Tower Hotel in Dublin.  When he completed his Leaving Cert he went to study in Athlone IT on a 2 year fulltime professional cookery course.  He also is qualified in HACCP (Food Safety Mgmt) up until management level.  He was one of the chef presenters on "Corrigan Knows Food", which was on RTE1 last year for 6 weeks.

He is also responsible for creating a good working environment which everyone can enjoy  while at the same time achieving their goals.  Following his A Levels he took an Accountancy Technicians course. He finds that McDonald's encourage further education and also are very flexible in giving him time off to study.
