Ronan Quinn is a Garda attached to the Divisional Traffic Corps. He completed a four year Diploma in International Hotel Management and Business with French in the Shannon College of Hotel Management and worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years.  When the age limit for joining the Gardai Siochana was increased to 35, he jumped at the opportunity of joining and hasn't looked back.

James Sheridan is the Manager of Ivans Oyster Bar and Grill in Howth., Co. Dublin.  He started working in the restaurant business as a part time job when he was 15 and decided when he left school to pursue a career in the area.  He did the Hospitality and Skills course in Waterford Institute of Technology, where he received a distinction in his final year exams.

Damien Mason studied Mechanical Engineering in the University of Limerick. He is now working as a Mechanical Engineer for Irish Cement and is based in Drogheda.
