Paul Shortt is an Industrial Relations Officer in the Advisory Section of the Labour Relations Commission.  Paul joined the Civil Service 9 years ago as a Clerical Officer.  He has worked in a number of Government Departments, including working with the Australian Civil Service on an exchange programme and has had a number of promotions to his current position.

Paulina Pawlukojc graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences with a Masters Degree in Forestry and Forestry Engineering. She took up a position with Coillte as an 'Establishment Manager' and is primarily involved in the planning and establishing of new forest sites.

He completed the IATI accounting technician course and following a 2 year stint in the banking sector where he completed the Financial Services exams and the Investment Advisor exams through the Institute of Bankers in Ireland he returned to the accountancy world and completed a Chartered Accountancy Contract.

He left school before the the Leaving Cert exams to study in Kildalton Agricultural and Horticultural College in Kilkenny, where he completed the Sport Horse Production course. During his Transition year in school he took a year out to work with horses and did the British Horse Society stage I & 2 exams.
