Deirdre Lavelle works as a Care Assistant in St Michael's House. Having worked for a number of years as a Special Needs Assistant she applied for a job in St Michael's House. The programme lasts 18 months and will engage Gareth in a wide range of responsibilities. Frank Morrison is the Operations Manager in the National Project Office in the HSE in Manorhamilton.  His job involves the implementation of the National Recruitment Strategies for the HSE and the development of policies in relation to the national recruitment campaign.  He is actively involved in the recruitment, retention and development of staff for the HSE. He is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and also holds a RGN qualification. He has a BA in Public Management and an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. <p> </p>

Kieran Magee is a Dry Stock Farmer working in Gigginstown, Co Westmeath. He spent two years in Ballyhaise Agriculture College (Cavan), doing a Vocational Certificate in Agriculture. This was a FETAC accredited course run by Teagasc and recognised all over the world. He then took a 4 year Farm Management Course in Kildalton Agriculture and Horticultural College in Kilkenny, run by FETAC in conjunction with Teagasc.
