Fortune Musasiwa, McDonald's What subjects did you take in school and how have these influenced your career path? I did business management, accounting and geography for my 'A' levels. For me working in a restaurant has opened my eyes as to how a business is run. It involves hard work and a good management team. I am studying to be an accountant and being a manager here helps me as I can understand the figures i.e. sales, stock control, food cost and how to improve profitability.
