You need to be hard working, enjoy the outdoor life regardless of the weather and must be willing to work as part of a team at all times.

Not surprisingly, some aspect of the natural sciences will run through the Naturalists interests - from ecological awareness to nutrition and health. People with an interest in horticulture, land usage and farming (including fish) are Naturalists.

Some Naturalists focus on animals rather than plants, and may enjoy working with, training, caring for, or simply herding them. Other Naturalists will prefer working with the end result of nature's produce - the food produced from plants and animals. Naturalists like solving problems with solutions that show some sensitivity to the environmental impact of what they do. They like to see practical results, and prefer action to talking and discussing.

75 Jobs with New McDonalds Restaurant in Cork

McDonald’s Restaurants of Ireland has opened a new €3.2m drive-through restaurant in Ballincollig, Co Cork. The outlet was officially opened over the weekend, creating 75 additional jobs.

The new restaurant features technology such as self order kiosks and Samsung Galaxy tablets as well as an interior play area, reflecting the ‘Spirit of Family’ restaurant theme. It can accommodate 170 diners at any one time, with a further 40 seats in an outdoor dining area.

“The construction work was carried out by a number of local sub-contractors, supporting 30 additional jobs, and was completed two weeks ahead of schedule,” said McDonald’s owner operator, John Blake. “We’re especially proud of the strong family focus we have created in the restaurant. I think the installation of tablets are a fantastic addition which will entertain and educate our younger customers in particular.”

“The opening of this new restaurant in Ballincollig highlights our on-going commitment to Ireland, not only with the development and refurbishment of our restaurants but also in our commitment to Irish suppliers,” said McDonald’s Ireland MD Adrian Crean.

The new restaurant brings the total number of McDonald’s restaurants in Ireland to 87, with a nationwide workforce of over 4,500 employees.
