I thought the job would solely be to compute an individualís / companyís tax liability but it extends to so much more beyond that. You are not just solely a person or organisationís tax advisor; you are a general business adviser helping them to make key business/commercial decisions.

Round A CAO Offers available online from 4pm Today

CAO Round A offers will be made available online at www.cao.ie from 4pm today, Friday 3rd July 2015.

Successful applicants will also receive an email and text message from CAO, and a paper offer notice will be posted this evening to reach applicants early next week.

Round A offers mainly concern mature applicants and deferred applicants, but offers are also issued to some graduate entry pathways, to applicants who have completed an Access course, or those who may be required to make visa arrangements.

Accepting your offer

The ‘Reply Date’ by which Round A offers must be accepted is Thursday July 9 at 5:15pm.

Speaking about the offer process, general manager of CAO Joe O’Grady commented:

“We urge all mature, deferred and other non-standard applicants to login to their CAO accounts after 4pm this evening to check to see if they have received a Round A offer.

“Successful applicants will also receive an email to the email account that they used when registering on the CAO system.

“Offers must be accepted by 5:15pm on Thursday next, July 9th – if an offer is not accepted by the reply date the offer will lapse” he added.

Round Zero Offers

A further offer round (Round zero) will take place on 30th July 2015 for additional mature applicants, deferred and Access applicants, graduate entry medicine applicants, and applicants presenting QQI FET/FETAC qualifications for entry to courses with a quota for FETAC applicants.
