Administrative 
Administrative people are interested in work that offers security and a sense of being part of a larger process. They may be at their best operating under supervisors who give clear guidelines, and performing routine tasks in a methodical and reliable way.

They tend to enjoy clerical and most forms of office work, where they perform essential administrative duties. They often form the backbone of large and small organisations alike. 200 New Permanent Jobs with Vodafone Ireland

Vodafone Ireland has today announced it is to establish a new European sales centre located in Carrickmines in Dublin.

Vodafone, a leading total communications provider, is investing €60 million in the centre, resulting in the creation of 200 permanent jobs, bringing the number of direct and indirect employees at the company to approximately 2,000.

The European sales centre, Vodafone Red Edge, will provide specialist sales capability powered by leading-edge technology to support business customers in Ireland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Refurbishment of the new state of the art facility in Carrickmines will be completed in September. Recruitment for the new jobs is already well underway and employees will gain access to internationally recognised business analytics and sales training which will provide career development opportunities across Vodafone operating companies.

The announcement was made at an event this morning in Vodafone Ireland’s headquarters at Mountainview in Leopardstown and demonstrates Vodafone’s continued commitment to investing in Ireland. Ireland was chosen, following a thorough evaluation process, for the location of the centre primarily because of the access to a large pool of the country’s highly skilled and talented graduate population. It is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.

Vodafone Red Edge is a remote sales team supported by a set of sales processes, technology and analytics to drive productivity. Effectively it’s a sales channel designed to help Vodafone customers interact with the company in the way that is easiest for them. It includes all the traditional sales activities using new technologies and new ways of working to support different customer behaviours. It’s a joined-up approach to customer communications and sales.
