If you like working with others, and like problem solving then its definitely worth considering. Do you ever look at a bridge/skyscraper etc. and wonder how they did that? Or better still, are you looking at the way the road at home is laid out and thinking if they had of done something differently it would have been better.

Engineering is not a career people think about and say its helping people, but in many ways it is rewarding and just as much about helping people. Engineers design things used everyday that help people get to work, provide clean water, provide sewerage systems, care for the environment....

Dublin based foreign currency exchange service CurrencyFair has announced it is expanding its workforce by at least 50 employees over the next year.

It currently employs around 80 people in Ranelagh, Dublin but is about to move into new offices in Ballsbridge with capacity for over 200 employees.

CurrencyFair enables ordinary people and businesses to have access to the same exchange rates for international currency transfers normally reserved only for banks and market professionals dealing in millions. It operates a peer to peer currency exchange and money remittance service with offices also located in Australia and the UK.  

Current job openings advertised with Currency Fair include:

  • UI/UX Designer
