Naturalist?
Naturalist 
Not surprisingly, some aspect of the natural sciences will run through the Naturalists interests - from ecological awareness to nutrition and health. People with an interest in horticulture, land usage and farming (including fish) are Naturalists.

Some Naturalists focus on animals rather than plants, and may enjoy working with, training, caring for, or simply herding them. Other Naturalists will prefer working with the end result of nature's produce - the food produced from plants and animals. Naturalists like solving problems with solutions that show some sensitivity to the environmental impact of what they do. They like to see practical results, and prefer action to talking and discussing.

35 New Jobs with The Natural Bakery

The Natural Bakery has announced the opening of four new stores in the next eight weeks leading to the creation of 35 jobs.

The locations are on Baggot Street, the IFSC, Naas and Citywest and will bring the total store count up to 11 while staff numbers will rise to 100.

Chief executive officer Luke Creighan, said that the company is looking to expand even more next year. He said "2015 has been a great year for the brand and we are looking at a minimum of five locations for next year".

Mr. Creighan started his business after seeing the success of a local baker in a Eurospar he managed in Kilmainham. Since then the father-of-two has progressed the business where it now sells 45 different types of breads and over 40 types of cakes.
