An open mind is very important as the financial services industry is one that has undergone and will continue to undergo many changes. An appetite for learning is also very important as the need to broaden ones knowledge is paramount.

Administrative 
Administrative people are interested in work that offers security and a sense of being part of a larger process. They may be at their best operating under supervisors who give clear guidelines, and performing routine tasks in a methodical and reliable way.

They tend to enjoy clerical and most forms of office work, where they perform essential administrative duties. They often form the backbone of large and small organisations alike. They may enjoy being in charge of office filing systems, and using computers and other office equipment to keep things running smoothly. They usually like routine work hours and prefer comfortable indoor workplaces.

50 Jobs for Cork with Aspira

Aspira, the Irish-owned enterprise IT project specialists, has announced the creation of 50 new jobs as well as the acquisition of IT services firm, B-TEC Solutions.

Recruitment will take place over the next 18 months in the areas of:

  • Project management
  • Business analysis
  • Software development

The roles will be based in its Cork and Dublin offices, with the majority of new hires for Cork. 

"The new roles we are announcing today will strengthen our delivery capability and our management team at a time when we are bolstering our service offerings, and preparing for expansion to international markets," commented the company's chief executive Pat Lucey.
