These types prefer mentally stimulating environments and often pay close attention to developments in their chosen field.

Health, Fitness & Sport Performance Graduate

In 2011, I commenced the Level 5 programme in Sport and Leisure Management, progressing on to the Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Health, Fitness and Sport Performance the following year.

In year one, I covered a range of subjects and learned new skills in areas such as fitness testing, gym instruction, coaching, circuit training, exercise to music classes and general studies.

In year two, I studied areas such as sports nutrition, weight management, health promotion, sport psychology and sport development.

The tutors in Monaghan Institute are very friendly and approachable, but will push you to ensure you get the best results possible. Since completing college, I have gained employment Leisure industry and all my hard work paid off and I can now say I am working in my dream job.
