This course teaches knowledge and skills in a wide range of areas concerning Folklore. Students develop the ability to find and develop their own area of interest as a result of project-based assessment. Field trips form a key part of studies.
As part of an Arts degree, this is one of four subjects you choose from a menu of subjects in first year. You continue with two of your chosen First Year subjects in second and third year. You may have an option to spend an additional year studying abroad.
