Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Such people may have an opportunistic frame of mind, and like commerce, trade and making deals. Some are drawn to sales and marketing occupations. Course Description

This QQI Level 5 Award in Early Childhood Care & Education will provide participants with the skills, knowledge and competence to work as a childcare settings. It is designed to prepare students to work in a supervised role, competently, safely and effectively with children aged 0 - 6 years. The QQI level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education can be used as an access qualification to progress to Degree Level through the Higher Education Links Scheme. This is a one-year course from September to May. Candidates are required to complete work experience with children as part of this course. Students must obtain a Garda Clearance Certificate for their work experience.
