A Career in Irish Cement

Irish Cement is a major subsidiary within CRH plc in Ireland, manufacturing high quality cement for the Irish market and has 2 plants at Limerick and Drogheda. 



Cement Production is a heavy continuous process industry which is very capital intensive and is often engaged in various large scale projects to improve facilities.
Production uses the most advanced, energy-efficient dry methods to create a range of high quality cements. While the majority of employees are skills based Tradesmen and General Operatives they are supported by a core team of Engineers, Professional and Technical staff.

What types of work contract are offered?

In the main all positions are on a full time permanent basis, however, dependent upon the position there are a few part time and job share opportunities available.

We also recruit fixed term contract staff where appropriate.
